The nights are getting colder.

So, the trip up north went decently well. Unfortunately, the pictures of dogsledding were on my mother's camera which has gone missing. So, none of those. Here is an overview of the city.

We got back at 1am Tuesday morning after being delayed by over an hour in Tromsø, which caused us to miss our plane from Oslo to Stavanger. The next flight out was delayed by an hour. Blah.

I got almost all of the paperwork for my visa now. I just need to get a receipt showing my tuition has been paid. Hopefully, the processing doesn't take too long. I need lots of positive thoughts coming my way.

Today I went to the doctor to make sure the two weird fainting spells I've had recently aren't a big deal. I got blood taken for the first time and I was crying. I felt like such an idiot, especially when I found out that it would be a small prick instead of a large needle.

At 7pm, we went to a rally in support of the victims of the Israeli/Gaza conflict. A lot of people showed up and some of the Viking players were there. They were right next to me for a bit. Pretty sweet.

Right now it's 4am and I'm watching Penguins/Predators. This makes me definitely not miss going to games in Nashville. I mean, they're having a Nascar Night. Oh goodness... I just want the Pens to start winning. I don't know what to do if no team I cheer for makes the playoffs.

Ah.
